Unlike other companies that charge by the hour, Suburban Heating & Cooling charges by the job. This is known as "flat rate" pricing. Jobs are priced using industry standard time estimates. If replacing a motor is supposed to take an hour, you pay for one hour's labor, even if it actually takes us two hours to do the work. Some special or unusual jobs may not fit a standard schedule and are charged by time and materials. If that's the case, you will be notified before the work begins.

(Normal Business Hours 7 am-7pm, Mon-Sat) $69.

(Emergency After-hours Service) $125
